1) Come in Present
Think that you are in present only. The Past is gone and never come back. Don’t stick from your past thoughts because the past never comes. You have to feel the present moment, the Present moment is beautiful and if you come practice consciously that you are in present then you feel the beauty of life. And stop imagination of Future. Future is uncertain. Don’t waste these precious moments by thinking of future. Future is so uncertain that you can’t know what happens next. You make plans, future planning and you never know where the life is going to take you. The present moment is the only moment where we are right now. Except this every thought whether of past or future is rubbish. If you come to be present, there will be no worries.
You are not thinking about the past and there is no future planning. You can only enjoy your life in the present. Everything is already planned by God. If you are happy in present, then certainly future is also beautiful. If you are sowing anxiety, pain, sufferings than obviously, this is your future. If from today, you sow the seeds of happiness, laugh, love than it surely makes your future beautiful and full of life.
2) Positive Actions
You don’t only think positive, but you have to do positive also. Always try to do positive work. Don’t waste these precious moments by just only thinking of past or future. Most of the people just wasting these beautiful moments of life by making plans only. I will do this, I will do that or by thinking of past moments, he told me this thing, he told me that thing and so on.
If you want to come out from this loop of thoughts, there must be an action. The action is the only thing you are doing in present. What you want to do, just do it. Do some action, some positive work. Start doing positive immediately. Come out immediately from all your fears and sorrow. Start from scratch. Don’t worry about future. You can start exercising slowly but regularly like playing any game, walking, swimming, cycling or any physical activity which you like.

You can practice meditation. This is the best way to get peace of mind in one way or other. All your thoughts whether negative or positive will stop poking you in mind. And you will feel neutral.

Yoga is also a subsidiary of meditation. You need to concentrate on various poses of yoga, this way your mind will be diverted from the number of thoughts to the positions of yoga.
7) Laughing therapy
Laughing therapy is one of the best therapies you must practice in your daily life. In initial days you will feel awkward to laughing alone without any reason. But in few days you will get familiar with it and feels good doing this every day.
8) Hobby
Pursuing your hobby is one of the best medications to all your negativity, a mess of thoughts and any other mental stress which is hindering you from being happy. You will feel happy and glad to do the things which you like the most. You will get peace of mind and satisfaction to yourself.
